I was experiencing energetic disturbances on my property, particularly in my backyard. No matter what I did, the property was unusable due to the ground being exceptionally wet all the time. There also was a negative vibe within the back of my yard. Like not being welcome. Amanda attended my house and completed a space clearing. She engaged in spiritual communications with the water elementals. She advised that the layline energy going through the property had disturbed the water elementals, and the water was not balanced. She balanced the water within the property, and we set up a space for the water elementals. Since then, the property has been pleasant and welcoming, and the water elementals are happy and no longer floating the yard.

After Amanda came and balanced my personal property, I had her come to clear my rental property. I have a duplex. My upstairs tenants were always moving and complaining about bad vibes. Amanda came and cleared the upstairs unit and sealed it so that the downstairs unit would not affect the upstairs unit. She indicated that the downstairs unit had an egregore and that it should be removed, and then the unit cleared and sealed as well. Amanda came back and removed the egregore and continued to clear the lower unit and seal it. She utilized sacred symbols provided to her by a guardianship that would seal the unit, and she placed the egregore within a crystal and indicated that she would ensure that the egregore was taken care of. She explained that if she was removing the egregore that she would be responsible for it and therefore become its care keeper. The rental unit is still cleared, and no one complains about bad vibes anymore.

Amanda attended my house and did a house clearing. The energetic activity was off the charts. We engaged in conversations about the various disturbances occurring, and Amanda entered a meditative state wherein she communicated with the energies. She indicated that the spirits were unhappy as the property had been built on an indigenous burial ground. Later, I confirmed this. Amanda indicated that we would need to come to an agreement with the spirits and honor them. She cleansed the property, and for the most part, things are calm.

Amanda has been a coach, a healer and a teacher for me for many years.
